Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about us at Oldtown Doodles, where your forever friend is coming from. We are a family of seven,

our love of Doodles started years ago, when we brought home our very first pup. Needless to say, she was a great puppy. As she grew up with our first born, Ella Rose, we were elated at how the two of them bonded. We fell in love with Aussiedoodles, they are so loyal and love their owners fiercely.  We have seen the genuine love, protection and amazing temperament this breed has to offer. After years of doodles and  insisting we needed to share this amazing bloodline of doodles that truly enriched our lives.  Well... the time came. Not only was my husband Tim on board but our kids were thrilled. 

Our goal or rather what we devote our lives to, is to breed doodles with the best possible temperament and demeanor for families. We take into account genetic and hereditary traits, combining the intelligence and hypoallergenic traits of the poodle with the loyalty and trainability of the Aussie.

The best thing about us?? Our dogs are OUR family. The puppies are under watchful eye 24/7 for the first two weeks. We incorporate ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) techniques in the first sixteen days, teaching the puppies how to handle stress. They are also socialized with our kids and other dogs, so they get plenty of love, handling and stimulation. We start litter training  them from 3 weeks old. This makes it easier and faster to potty train them. We also introduce them to crates, making it easier for new families who will crate train.  At six weeks their true characteristics start to appear. At this point we cater our love and attention to each individual puppy and his/her specific needs. These puppy traits are some of the  factors that we use to make sure that we place the perfect puppy with their perfect family.

Our puppies will be more than ready to leave momma when it's time for them to join their new family.  They will have the confidence in themselves that promotes great teachability and loyalty. They will have learned the do's and dont's of the doggie world that can only be taught by their mother and older/mature dogs. 

We are committed to educating people on the blessings of a doodle but also the responsibility. Like the high energy levels and regular coat maintenance factors. We pull no punches. Education is empowerment.
